A friend or family member who has ordered from CanadianSIM can refer you. After you order and both you and your friend complete a 30-day eligibility period in Canada, you will each receive a $25 bill credit. The credits will appear on your bills within 90 days after this period. For more details, refer to our Terms & Conditions.

You must be a new CanadianSIM customer who has not yet ordered and does not already have a Rogers, Fido, or Chattr plan. 

CanadianSIM will always notify you on the status of your referral credit through email. Alternatively, you can reach out to [email protected] for any referral-related queries.

If your credit is not applied within 30-90 days after the eligibility period, please contact customer support at [email protected].

Both your account and your friend’s account must be in good standing to receive the referral credits. If either account is not in good standing, the credits will not be applied.

An account in good standing is one that is active, current on payments, and not flagged for any fraudulent activity or policy violations.
